เป้าหมาย: สรุปให้กรรมการเห็นภาพอนาคตและความตั้งใจจริง
ควรมี:
- แผนอาชีพระยะสั้น / ระยะยาว
- เชื่อมโยงกับสิ่งที่จะได้จากหลักสูตร
- ถ้ามีเป้าหมายส่วนตัว เช่น “อยากเปิดธุรกิจของตัวเอง” ให้ใส่ตรงนี้
